The Chairperson of the 6th Conference of States Parties to the Treaty of Pelindaba, Mr Ishagh Mohamed Moussa of Mauritania, addressed a side event hosted by the African Commission on Nuclear Energy (AFCONE) on “Promoting Nuclear Energy and Applications in Africa,” held in the margins of the 69th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on 19 September 2025.
