This week the AFCONE Chairperson H.E. Gaspard Liyoko MBOYO was hosted by the President of Pan African Parliament Hon Chief Charumbira at Midrand, South Africa.
The meeting focused on strengthening cooperation in supporting African Nuclear Weapons Free Zone, as well as collaboration in the expanding nuclear science and technology in the region.
This engagement marks an important step in fostering strategic partnerships with Africa legislatures and policy makers as Africa moves to expands it as a nuclear power as a key solution to address climate change, reduce air pollution, and provide energy security.
