A session on “International Obligations and National Legislation” was conducted at South African Nuclear Energy Corporation with Van Zyl de Villiers serving as the lead and facilitator.
Elina Martikka, Head of International Cooperation Unit at @STUK_FI gave a presentation titled “International legal framework for nuclear safeguards” at the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa).
The first day at the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation was a success, and we can look forward to Day 2 of the Uplifting Nuclear Safeguards in Africa 2023 Programme.
