The AFCONE and IAEA organised on 24 February 2022 an Important Meeting on Responsibilities and Capabilities of Owners and Operators for New Nuclear Power Programme.
Introductory Remarks and Opening Statements have been delivered by the AFCONE Executive Secretary, the IAEA Director of the Nuclear Energy Division and HE the African Union Commissioner for Infrastructure and Energy
Several Experts from the IAEA Nuclear Energy Department and Asian & African Countries developed the subject highlighting the concepts & best practices and presenting Case Studies in Bangladesh, South Africa and Ghana.
