AFCONE – CTBTO Signature of the Cooperation Practical Arrangement

Statement Made by Dr Floyd, CTBTO Executive Secretary during the Opening Session of the 5^th CSP

The AFCONE and the CTBO Executive Secretaries signed in July 2021 a Cooperation Practical Arrangements (PAs).

This Agreement will consolidate the relationship between the two Organisations and let Africa, not only benefit more from the CTBTO Infrastructure and Capacity Building Programme but also play a major role in Verification Regimes.
